Gary has over 30 years’ financial services, banking and consultancy experience, specialising in change projects that improve performance and risk management.
Before he founded Enterprise Learning, Gary was a Managing Consultant in KPMG’s Financial Services Practice where he led some of KPMG’s largest technical and regulatory audits and reviews. Gary has led projects helping banks, insurers and investment management firms to educate and develop senior leadership teams and Approved Persons and implement SM&CR.
Gary is also an Adjunct with Ashridge Business School where he teaches and coaches leadership skills. He is currently researching the unique challenges and skills faced by leaders in regulated businesses. In addition to his first degree, Gary holds an MBA and a MSc in Executive and Leadership Coaching.
